I always fall asleep when I listen to your recording - is this OK?
That's fine as your unconscious mind is still absorbing everything I say and if you are asleep, you will be relaxing!
Should I repeat the affirmations out loud?
Silently is fine but don't let me stop you if that's what you want to do (you might get some funny looks though if you are on a train!)
Do I have to listen to the introduction each time?
The CD has been broken up into 3 parts, so it's fine to skip straight to track 2. You might like to have track 3 on in the background as a relaxation anchor once you have listened a few times to track 2.
I have Epilepsy; can I listen to this CD?
Many people with epilepsy will have no reaction, however there is a very slight chance that some people who have epilepsy may experience a reaction, therefore, I would recommend you chat with your doctor first.
Since listening to the CD, I have been feeling heaps better and think I can come off my medication; what do you think?
That's great that you are feeling the benefits of my recording. However, you must always consult your Doctor before altering any medication because some medications need to be reduced gradually.
